- TheMatrixCenter.com accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and TheMatrixCenter.com Gift Certificates.
- TheMatrixCenter.com also accepts money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a US Bank. When using a money order, you must place your order online before sending us your payment. When submitting an order, select "Money Order” as the payment option.
- TheMatrixCenter.com can only ship to an address associated with your credit card. For example, if you specify your order to be shipped to a different address other than your billing address, the address you provide must match the one with your credit card. Most credit card companies allow you to associate more than one address with your credit card. If your shipping and billing address do not match, and your credit card is not affiliated with your shipping address, TheMatrixCenter.com will ship directly to your billing address. If you have any question regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- By law, sales tax will be charged on all orders that are processed with a North Carolina shipping address, regardless of the location the product ships from.
- No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift certificates; however, purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to tax.
- Note that many factors can change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization, which could affect the calculation of sales taxes. The amount appearing on your order as Estimated Tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged.
- Credit Cards: Orders that are for less than $250 may be paid for by credit card. Any order over $250 requires a money order.
- Ordering from TheMatrixCenter.com? TheMatrixCenter.com can ship to any physical address in the United States and most international addresses (with some exceptions – see below).
- TheMatrixCenter.com cannot ship to a PO BOX or an FPO/APO address at this time.
- Please note that there are some restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- TheMatrixCenter.com ships exclusively with UPS. It is our policy to ship your order in its entirety. What this means for you is that if you order more than one item and one item is out of stock, we will hold your order until all items are available. If a customer designates us to ship the items separately, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- To increase our customers’ protection, some orders may need to be verified before being fulfilled. As part of the verification, we may need to notify a customer via email that they must call us at 1-336-275-3458 within the next 72 hours or we will cancel their order. Once verified, orders will ship within one to two business days.
- TheMatrixCenter.com offers a variety of shipping options. We offer flat rate shipping on most items depending on the service selected. C.O.D. payment option is available however C.O.D. cannot be used as a payment method for Next Day and 2nd Day shipments.

- Our average time frame for receiving and processing cashier’s checks or money orders is as follows:
- Payment sent from a U.S. address: 1 to 2 weeks
- Payment sent from an international address: 3 to 4 weeks
- Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed.
- If all items are in stock, your order will usually ship within 24 hours will be prepared for shipment immediately after we process your check.
- You can expect that most orders shipped via UPS Ground will arrive to their destination within 5 – 10 business days from their ship date.
- Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may take up to two weeks for delivery. Items shipped internationally may take up to four weeks for delivery.
- All orders over $750 will require a signature at delivery.
- Please review the map below for UPS "Time In Transit" information. TheMatrixCenter.com is located in Greensboro, North Carolina...so all shipping times are provided by UPS and are based upon TMC's Distribution Center.
- THEMATRIXCENTER.COM MUST ISSUE AN RMA# FOR ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Customer must contact TMC to get authorization for returning merchandise.
- Items must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
- Only new, unused and unopened items are returnable for a refund! Items that have been used, shot or worn are not returnable!
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer will pay return shipping back to TheMatrixCenter.com
- Merchandise must be returned complete with all packaging including warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. Merchandise that is returned without all of the original contents will be subject to a larger restocking fee to be determined at the time of return.
- Defective items must be inspected by our Factory Certified Technicians prior to an exchange. If our Technicians are able to resolve the problem with the defective item, we will return the item to you via UPS at no cost.
- If the item is defective, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you (Markers must be inspected by the manufacturer prior to issuing a replacement product!). If the item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will replace the defective item with a similar item (the price of the replacement item cannot exceed the original price of the defective item).
- Please allow seven to ten business days from when we receive your return to process your return.
- Please remember, if you shoot your Marker once...it becomes a used marker!
